Judy Chuk, Ph.D. is Senior Vice President, Strategy, Portfolio, and Governance at Bicycle Therapeutics.

Judy joined Bicycle from Enzyvant Therapeutics (now Sumitovant Biopharma), a rare disease biotech where she was VP of Strategy and Operations and responsible for R&D operations and strategic development of the business and portfolio. Prior to that, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Pfizer’s Rare Disease Research Unit, where she drove strategy and operations across portfolio, BD, finance, and HR functions. She brings over 15 years of strategic planning, business operations, and portfolio management experience across multiple therapeutic areas and development phases in the biopharma industry. Her passion is to advance discovery and development of molecules that have potential as new medicines for patients with diseases of high unmet need. At Bicycle, she works to ensure that the portfolio strategy aligns to the corporate strategy.

Judy holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences in Public Health from Harvard University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Rutgers University.
